Das Festival ist kuratiert. Mit dem Absenden des Formulars entsteht noch kein Anspruch auf einen Standplatz. Wir achten auf Qualität, Vielfalt und darauf, dass die verschiedenen Angebote gut zusammenpassen.

Gebühren

  • Müll- und Reinigungspauschale Food: 75 €
  • Initiativen und Vereine ohne Verkauf: kostenfrei

Strom:

  • 230 V / Schuko: 50 €
  • CEE 16 A: 150 €
  • CEE 32 A: 250 €

Wasseranschluss: 75 €. Frischwasser ist auf dem Gelände nur begrenzt verfügbar und muss sparsam verwendet werden. Es gibt keine Abwasserentsorgung. Sämtliches Gebraucht- und Spülwasser muss in geeigneten Tanks gesammelt und eigenständig ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden.

Food-Stände: Zusätzlich bieten Food-Anbieter*innen für Crew und Artists bis zu 25 vollwertige Essen pro Festivaltag für maximal 4 € pro Portion an. Abgerechnet werden nur tatsächlich ausgegebene Essen.

Getränke: Bier, Wein, Softdrinks und der reguläre Getränkeverkauf werden grundsätzlich durch das Festival betrieben. Cocktailbars und besondere Getränkekonzepte können sich bewerben und werden bei Bedarf individuell vereinbart.

Auch kleine Tischstände sind ausdrücklich willkommen. Berechnet wird ausschließlich die tatsächlich benötigte Fläche.

Do you offer great food, art, design or crafts? Are you part of an initiative or do you have a special concept that fits a small, relaxed and international festival? Apply for a stand at Lonesome Lake Festival 2027.

The festival is curated. Submitting the form does not automatically reserve a stand. We select applications based on quality, diversity and how well the different offers fit together.

Fees

  • Traders / Art / Design / Crafts: €13.50 per m²
  • Food: €25 per m²
  • Waste and cleaning fee for food: €75
  • Non-commercial initiatives and associations: free

Electricity: 230 V / Schuko €50 · CEE 16 A €150 · CEE 32 A €250

Water: €75. Fresh water is limited and must be used responsibly. There is no waste-water disposal system on site. All used and washing water must be collected in suitable tanks and disposed of properly by the stand operator.

Food vendors: Food stalls must additionally offer up to 25 full meals per festival day for crew and artists at a maximum price of €4 per meal. Only meals actually redeemed will be charged.

Beer, wine, soft drinks and regular bar service are generally operated by the festival. Cocktail bars and special drink concepts are welcome to apply and may be selected individually depending on demand.

Small table stands are very welcome. Fees are based only on the space actually required.

Festiwal jest kuratorowany. Wysłanie formularza nie oznacza automatycznej rezerwacji miejsca. Wybieramy stoiska tak, aby oferta była różnorodna i dobrze pasowała do charakteru festiwalu.

Woda: 75 €. Dostęp do świeżej wody jest ograniczony i należy korzystać z niej oszczędnie. Na terenie festiwalu nie ma systemu odprowadzania ścieków. Cała zużyta woda musi być zbierana we własnych odpowiednich zbiornikach i prawidłowo usuwana.

Gastronomia: stoiska gastronomiczne oferują ekipie festiwalu i artystom do 25 pełnych posiłków dziennie w cenie maksymalnie 4 € za porcję. Rozliczane są tylko rzeczywiście wydane posiłki.

Sprzedaż piwa, wina, napojów bezalkoholowych i podstawową obsługę barową prowadzi zasadniczo festiwal. Można zgłaszać bary koktajlowe i specjalne koncepcje napojów; są one wybierane indywidualnie.

Małe stoiska i pojedyncze stoliki są również mile widziane.

Nabízíte dobré jídlo, umění, design, řemeslné výrobky nebo zajímavý projekt? Přihlaste svůj stánek na Lonesome Lake Festival 2027.

Festival je kurátorovaný. Odesláním formuláře nevzniká automatický nárok na místo. Stánky vybíráme podle kvality, rozmanitosti a toho, jak zapadají do celkového konceptu festivalu.

Voda: 75 €. Přístup k pitné vodě je omezený a je nutné s ní šetřit. Na místě není kanalizace ani systém pro odvádění odpadní vody. Veškerá použitá a mycí voda musí být zachycena ve vhodných vlastních nádržích a řádně zlikvidována.

Gastro: gastro stánky nabídnou týmu festivalu a umělcům až 25 plnohodnotných jídel za festivalový den za maximální cenu 4 € za porci. Hradí se pouze skutečně vydaná jídla.

Prodej piva, vína, nealkoholických nápojů a běžný barový provoz zajišťuje zpravidla festival. Koktejlové bary a speciální nápojové koncepty se mohou přihlásit a budou vybírány individuálně podle potřeby.

Vítány jsou také malé stolky a velmi malé prodejní stánky.

    Wichtig / Important:

    Die Wasserversorgung auf dem Festivalgelände ist begrenzt. Bitte geht sparsam mit Frischwasser um.
    Es gibt auf dem Gelände keine Abwasserentsorgung. Sämtliches Gebraucht- und Spülwasser muss von euch in geeigneten Tanks gesammelt und ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden.

    Die Standgebühr beträgt 25 € pro m². Zusätzlich fällt eine Müll- und Reinigungspauschale von 75 € an.


    Food-Stände bieten Crew und Künstler*innen pro Festivaltag bis zu 25 vollwertige Essen zum Preis von maximal 4 € pro Portion an. Abgerechnet werden nur tatsächlich ausgegebene Essen.

    7. Getränke / Drinks


    Den regulären Verkauf von Bier, Wein, alkoholfreien Getränken und weiteren Standardgetränken betreibt das Festival grundsätzlich selbst.


    The regular sale of beer, wine, soft drinks and other standard beverages is generally operated by the festival itself.


    Cocktailbars und besondere Getränkekonzepte können sich bewerben. Eine Vergabe erfolgt nur nach Bedarf und individueller Vereinbarung.

    Cocktail bars and special drinks concepts are welcome to apply, but will only be selected depending on demand and by individual agreement.

    Das Lonesome Lake Festival ist kuratiert. Mit dem Absenden des Formulars entsteht noch kein Anspruch auf einen Standplatz und keine verbindliche Buchung.

    Gebührenordnung / Stand regulations

    Die Bewerbung ist unverbindlich. Erst nach Prüfung und schriftlicher Standzusage entsteht eine verbindliche Teilnahme.

    • Standflächen werden nach der tatsächlich benötigten Fläche berechnet.
    • Die Anzahl der Verkaufs- und Gastronomiestände ist begrenzt.
    • Die endgültige Platzierung erfolgt durch das Festival.
    • Für Speisen und Getränke gilt grundsätzlich ein Mehrwegsystem. Einwegplastik ist nicht zulässig.
    • Das angemeldete Sortiment ist Grundlage der Zulassung. Wesentliche Änderungen müssen vorher abgestimmt werden.
    • Besondere Anforderungen und abweichende Vereinbarungen werden individuell geregelt.
    • Die Standgebühr und vereinbarte Nebenkosten werden nach Zusage in Rechnung gestellt.
    • Zahlungsziel: 14 Tage nach Rechnungserhalt.

    Kaution: Händler*innen 150 € · Food/Gastronomie 300 € · Initiativen ohne Verkauf keine Kaution.

    Die Kaution wird nach ordnungsgemäßer Übergabe des Standplatzes zurückerstattet. Schäden, außergewöhnliche Verschmutzung oder nicht ordnungsgemäß zurückgelassene Standflächen können mit der Kaution verrechnet werden.

    Mit Annahme einer Standzusage werden diese Bedingungen sowie individuell vereinbarte Konditionen anerkannt.
